privately held corporation that is:

The
Fast Form System
concept has been in the works for several years, however,
Fast Form International
was officially founded in 2002 by Michael DeLoach, our
President, and Dan Sciscoe, the Vice President of Operations and Business
Development. We are a licensed corporation in the State of Georgia and
located about 50 miles Northeast of Atlanta in Bethlehem, Georgia.
Our vision is to change how the world builds. The
Fast Form System
process is so simple, it is a construction approach that can be achieved by
labor forces in virtually every country in the world. We believe the
design flexibility, time and costs savings achieved makes the
Fast Form System
an attractive alternative to conventional construction approaches.
Immediate factors affecting the building industry and
construction marketplace come together in a set of requirements which show case
our approach as a multi-faceted solution to design and durability challenges.
A few of those factors for which the Fast Form System
is a solution include:

schedules and investment "time value of money" cycles,

is also active in philanthropic ventures, primarily centering around educational
support and community projects. As a company, we are committed to these
philanthropic endeavors financially and with our resources. From a
financial prospective, we have included specific charitable and philanthropic
budgets which are linked to income performance rather than annually static fixed
donations.
Fast Form

is involved with community projects through the donation of materials and labor
to support or supplement a variety of charitable needs. Employees are also
involved in time and personal financial investments with their communities, most
significantly through educational and religious affiliations.

The
Fast Form International
offices are fully computerized. Design utilizes a state-of-the-art, fully networked CAD system.
Operations uses a mechanized bid process, and completely integrated office
and accounting software system. Office associates are equipped with
high-speed LAN (Local Area Network) access and computer networking, Internet
connection, company e-mail system, digital telephone communication system,
employee voice mail and office fax capabilities.

The communication of this identity, and other attributes important to clients, is
largely dependent on the consistency and clarity with which these messages are
communicated, advertised and marketed. A critical aspect of that identity
is our presentation of logos, trademarks and service marks, which uniquely identify our
products and services with

innovative, value adding, solutions reputation.

International® is a registered trademark, and Fast

Logos,
Trademarks & Service Marks
The
Fast Form
International
logo is a
powerful set of overt and subtle messages. The immediately noticeable
characteristic is the bolded name itself - Fast Form. A suggestive mark as
well as a descriptive mark, it introduces the business - "Forms" - and suggests a
key attribute of the corporation - "Fast" - an attribute that is not
associated with construction forms until now. The name is enclosed in a
parallelogram which is filled with vertical and horizontal lines designed to
suggest a rebar pattern, widely recognized in the construction trade.
However, the logo communicates much more than that. "International", in a
smaller, unbolded type face, signifies the scope and vision of the company.
All fonts are surging forward in italics to communicate high energy, forward
looking and movement. This energy is enhanced by the shape and direction
of the parallelogram, again, moving forward and upward. Additionally, the
parallelogram projects symmetry and balance in a strong geometric design. High legibility,
together with dark bold coloring, makes a very recognizable statement of being fast-paced and successful. With the introduction of Fast Form International, a
new construction category is being introduced, not just commonplace construction
forms, but fast forms.
The
FastFormInternational.com
trademark, symbolizes many of the same messages as our logo. In addition,
it uses a mixture of typography to reinforce the sense of speed and forward
motion, as well as placing special emphasis on "Fast Form" by breaking up the
name.
In the normal
course of our business, Fast Form
International
creates and
develops intellectual properties and these are protected by applicable patents,
copyrights and other legal registrations. Any use of these intellectual
properties is prohibited without expressed, written authorization from
Fast Form
International.
