Optimal success of the Fast Form System  solution hinges on a solid design.  Providing Design Services is a "value-added" benefit of doing business with Fast Form International.    Design elements include:

The best time to engage our design consultant is at the "conceptual" stage of the project.  From the outset our design consultants want to work as a member of the design team.  Early involvement will ensure they fully understand the needs and goals of the project, as well as help ensure the design team can maximize cost savings and time efficiencies for the project.

While the experience and training of our design team members will offer much more than what is listed below, here are a few key design elements that will prove helpful and profitable to the project.

• Verify that the Fast Form System  is a good fit for the project.
• Assist in "Panelizing" the building - how the walls are divided into panels, panel shapes and panel attachments.
• Casting space requirements.
• Panel layout and forming layout.
• Assist on structural design - to design panels to handle vertical and lateral forces.
• Provided rebar design for panels.
• Preparing plans for the Fast Form System - Including panel shop drawings.
• Detail electrical runs.
• Concrete Specifications.
• Lifting, rigging and bracing specifications.
• Provide the panel lifting manuals.
• Provide safety coverage suggestions related to the Fast Form System installation.
• Assist in identifying qualified Fast Form System  installation sub contractors to submit project bids.

Most Design Services are provided at no additional charge as long as they are considered reasonable and customary.  Any additional cost elements will be identified and communicated by members of the Fast Form International  design services team.

Create  Fast Form   panel drawings for shop drawing submittal.

• Detail electrical runs and locations.
• Provide panel erection / lifting manuals.
• Lifting, rigging and bracing specifications.

Professional Engineering Services

Our engineer can:

• Partner with project engineers and design team to ensure correct Fast Form panel design.

• Assist on structural design - to design panels that will handle the specified vertical and lateral forces.

• Specify Concrete Specs.

Fast Form  will assist in identifying Fast Form System  installers to bid the project.
