here is how the
Fast Form System
works

Project is panelized, engineered, manufactured in the
Fast Form
System assembly
plant and shipped to the job site.
Off Loading of panels at the
job-site.

Fast Form
System panel
positioned and ready for concrete placement including reinforcing, doors, lifting inserts, rebar chairs and void forms.
|
Concrete placement and finishing is business as usual for standard tilt-up, but without all the drilled
holes to anchor and stabilize the formwork to the slab.
|
Stack Casting radically lowers casting requirements because of the
Fast Form
System's "free-standing" design.
|
Erection of cast panels
from the stack casting on nearby casting bed, panels
are set and anchored into place. Same as
in standard tilt-up construction.

This
Fast Form
System panel measures
approximately 16' X 45'and is being lifted from the casting
bed to be placed as an elevated floor slab between floors.
